How TandemBirth collects, uses, and protects your information.
When you use our contact form or join the Birth Story list, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores these submissions on our behalf and sends us a notification by email (to info@childbirthexperts.com). We use your email address only to respond to you or, if you joined the Birth Story list, to write to you about the Birth Story.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, standard usage data such as pages visited and general location, along with cookies that support this analytics function. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your answers in the free birth planner stay in your own browser, using local storage on your device. Nothing you enter is transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you choose to print, export, share, or submit it yourself. This reflects how the planner currently works, and we will update this policy if that architecture changes.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
